Curried Chicken
Ingredients
| 1 | medium chicken |
| 1 | onion, grated |
| ½ glass | flour |
| ½ glass | pasta vermicelli |
| ½ glass | grated cheese |
| 3 tbsp | curry |
| 4 large tbsp | oil |
| 2 cubes | Renzo Chicken |
| Pepper and spices |
Instructions
- Cook the chicken, bone it and chop it. Cook the vermicelli, place under running water for 1 minute, drain and fry in the oil.
- Sautée the onion. When it is brown, add the flour and the curry and two cubes of Renzo Chicken and stir. Add the stock a little at a time and stir until medium-thick.
- Put half of the vermicelli in a baking pan, add a little grated cheese and then a little curry sauce. Place the chicken on the top, then the rest of the vermicelli, sauce and grated cheese. Put the baking pan in the oven. Serve hot.
