Curried Chicken

Ingredients

1 medium chicken
1 onion, grated
½ glass flour
½ glass pasta vermicelli
½ glass grated cheese
3 tbsp curry
4 large tbsp oil
2 cubes Renzo Chicken
Pepper and spices

    Instructions

    1. Cook the chicken, bone it and chop it. Cook the vermicelli, place under running water for 1 minute, drain and fry in the oil.
    2. Sautée the onion. When it is brown, add the flour and the curry and two cubes of Renzo Chicken and stir. Add the stock a little at a time and stir until medium-thick.
    3. Put half of the vermicelli in a baking pan, add a little grated cheese and then a little curry sauce. Place the chicken on the top, then the rest of the vermicelli, sauce and grated cheese. Put the baking pan in the oven. Serve hot.
