Beef with Horseradish
Ingredients
| 500 ml | water |
| 1 | Renzo vegetable bouillon cube |
| 600 g | beef for soup |
| 150 g | horseradish |
| 300 ml | beef soup |
| 200 g | apples |
| salt | |
| 50 ml | apple cider vinegar |
| 1 teaspoon | sugar |
Instructions
- Place Renzo vegetable bouillon cube in hot water with beef and bring to the boil. Lower heat and cook until meat is tender.
- Peel horseradish and grate. Add in the broth from the soup. Add grated apples, salt, vinegar and sugar, and cook briefly.
