Beef with Horseradish

Ingredients

500 ml water
1 Renzo vegetable bouillon cube
600 g beef for soup
150 g horseradish
300 ml beef soup
200 g apples
salt
50 ml apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

    1. Place Renzo vegetable bouillon cube in hot water with beef and bring to the boil. Lower heat and cook until meat is tender.
    2. Peel horseradish and grate. Add in the broth from the soup. Add grated apples, salt, vinegar and sugar, and cook briefly.
